PHOTOGRAPHY COURSE AGREEMENT

This Photography Course Agreement ("Agreement") is entered into between the undersigned participant ("Student") and Linzie Russo ("Company"), located at 7 Morobe Crescent, Bli Bli, 4560, as of the date of enrolment.

1. COURSE DETAILS The Company agrees to provide the Student with access to the Newborn Masterclass photography course, which includes online teaching videos, live sessions, one hour private mentoring, Facebook group, monthly Zoom catch-ups, etc. The duration of the course is 12 months, beginning on 10th February 2025 and concluding on 9th February 2026.

2. PAYMENT TERMS The total cost of the course is $2,500. The Student may choose one of the following payment options:

a. Full Payment: A one-time payment of $2,500 due upon enrolment.

b. Monthly Payment Plan: A payment plan consisting of 12 monthly instalments of $240 each. The first payment is due upon enrolment, and subsequent payments are due on the 10th of each month until the total balance is paid.

If the Student chooses the Monthly Payment Plan, they agree to pay the full remaining balance in the event of cancellation or withdrawal before completing the course.

3. NON-REFUNDABLE POLICY All payments made under this Agreement are non-refundable, regardless of the Student’s participation, completion, or withdrawal from the course. The Student acknowledges and agrees that they are committing to the full course fee at the time of enrolment.

4. COURSE ACCESS & MATERIALS The Student will receive access to course materials from 10th February 2024. Course materials are for personal use only and may not be shared, copied, or redistributed without the Company's written consent.

5. RESTRICTION ON TEACHING & SHARING The Student agrees not to teach, mentor, or share the information, techniques, or materials provided in the course with third parties in any form, whether for free or for financial gain, without prior written consent from the Company.

6. TERMINATION & DEFAULT The Company reserves the right to terminate this Agreement and revoke the Student’s access to the course in the event of non-payment or violation of the terms. If the Student defaults on their payment plan, the full remaining balance becomes due immediately.

7. LIABILITY WAIVER The Student acknowledges that participation in the course is voluntary and agrees to hold the Company harmless from any claims, losses, or damages resulting from their participation.

8. GOVERNING LAW This Agreement shall be governed by the laws of Australia and the relevant state or territory in which the Company operates. Any disputes arising under this Agreement shall be resolved in the courts of Queensland.

9. AGREEMENT ACCEPTANCE By signing below or completing the online enrolment process, the Student acknowledges they have read, understood, and agreed to the terms of this Agreement.

 

The Newborn Masterclass - July 2025 Intake (12 Monthly Payments)

Jump ahead in your photography career by joining the Newborn Masterclass. 

In this class you will have access to over 20 Lightroom and Photoshop videos on editing, newborn twin posing video, womb posing, burp pose and many other videos. 

Not only that but you will have free access to any LIVE class which I will hold (every couple of months) and we will have a monthly group catch-up.  These catch-ups will have topics that will either be requested by you or planned by myself.

Where do I start? Since joining the course I have learnt so much!
