PHOTOGRAPHY COURSE AGREEMENT

1. NON-REFUNDABLE POLICY All payments made under this Agreement are non-refundable, regardless of the Student’s participation, completion, or withdrawal from the course. The Student acknowledges and agrees that they are committing to the course fee at the time of enrolment.

2. COURSE ACCESS & MATERIALS 

Course materials are for personal use only and may not be shared, copied, or redistributed without the Company's written consent.

3. RESTRICTION ON TEACHING & SHARING The Student agrees not to teach, mentor, or share the information, techniques, or materials provided in the course with third parties in any form, whether for free or for financial gain, without prior written consent from the Company.

4. GOVERNING LAW This Agreement shall be governed by the laws of Australia and the relevant state or territory in which the Company operates. Any disputes arising under this Agreement shall be resolved in the courts of Queensland.

5. AGREEMENT ACCEPTANCE By signing below or completing the online enrolment process, the Student acknowledges they have read, understood, and agreed to the terms of this Agreement.
